Is there a way to raise the quality of the viewport texture display?
Like for uvquickshade or a OGL2decal?
I don't want to use high resolution meshes and pic/tex to get a unblurred preview of the texture. Or is this hardware depended?
Cheers,
Georg

indeed this is what I did.
My texture is rather large and gets heavily blurred, though.
Yes, I have the right aspect ratio and
No, raising the grid resolution doesn't help.
If I use the tex/pic function on a grid with a 1:1 cell pixel relation ship the image gets crisp.
But this is rather uneconomic.
Some applications have an switch/option to specify the resolution of texture for the viewport. I was wondering if Houdini also offers this option, being unsure if this might even help.
