how can i use both bones and muscles in the same rig!?

my ideal workflow would be this.make skeleton .attach skeleton.then add muscles onl where i need them(bicep and tricep omly).all utha things,fingers and wrists and what not.i want them to be controlled by bones.but if i just add the muscle capture nodes after the bone capture nodes weird stuff happens.has anyone ever uzd both bones and muscles in the same geometry.!?

Unfortunately you have to use either one or the other to deform your character.

make a new type of bone that is a little tiny muscle - then use those for where you want bones, use regular muscles where you want muscles…

ok hi,pliz elaborate on “make a new bone that is a small muscle”..do u guys rig whole characters with muscles.including the finger joints ?ive used muscle in houdini and they are a real pain to set up(compared to bones that is).2anchor nulls,a blended null between them.another null with a look at function targeting an anchor null.and all this is for a single muscle.no man.oh wise houdini guruz pliz show me a way
