I have just started learning houdini and I am trying to create a fur/fluid interaction. I have a flip fluid influencing some wire guides which I have set the linear spring to 10000 and the linear damp to around 150. The wire guide themselves are not stretching but the fur is and I don't know why.
I am using the kangular attribute on the guides which is being driven by a colour map, so that the guides go limp when they are ‘wet’.
Here is a link to a video showing my problem. The first part is the wire guides and the second part is the fur:

Hi. I have found that the interaction between flip fluids and wires using the fluid force dop is behaving strangely; even when I use the FlipFluidWire.otl example file.
When the fluid collides with the wires, they stretch out erratically. I have attached a screenshot of what happens when using the above mentioned example file.
I am using the latest non-commercial release.

I'm afraid that doesn't work. My feedback scale was at 0, anything higher just makes it worse.

Hi. I am getting a weird result when I use the fluid force dynamics node with a flip sim and a wire solver. When the fluid sim collides with the wires, they glitch out and stretch erratically. This even happens in the FlipFluidWire.otl example. Is this a bug?
I have attached a screenshot showing what happens.
