I am testing HQueue simulation across two machines.My simulation varies while changing volume slices.
ie. 2x1x2 and 1x1x1 (Volume Slice) generates different sims.Is it normal or am doing something wrong.

I am facing incorrect data representation while trying to exporting VDBfrom my pyro sims ,due to some reason iam not able to export temperature data correctly.Though when itried using an example VDB(downloaded from solid angle doc [support.solidangle.com] example) it haad fine temperature info.
Am i miss some thing while exporting?

Hi Guys,
I am using htoa for a project and we are using cylindrical projection and camera shader for filtermapping(htoa process).and we have a lot of volumes need to be rendered in mantra, we have a shader for cylinder projection in mantra cameras but stuck with filtermapping
Any one tried this before,Is there any different process

maybe you can get the Node and use evalParm() instead of parm( .. ).eval()

hi Guys found a way adjusted script litle

but its taking too much time cook materials

I need to transfer material from one subnet to another subnet
for example
I have Subnet A and Subnet B
inside of Subnet A i have sphere geo named A
and inside of Subnet B also i have sphere geo named A
i used this python script to transfer material

getObjectsInSubnet_A=hou.node(“/obj/”+Node_A)
getObjectsInSubnet_B=hou.node(“/obj/”+Node_B)
