Problem with upgrading from Apprentice HD 9.1 license to 9.5

Hello!
I want to upgrade my HD license from 9.1 to 9.5, but when I choose the upgrade option, and enter my password and other details, I get a red error saying no HD license was found.
The site says the license has to be redeemed. I'm not sure what that means, but I tried to return the license through the license manager, and I still get this error.

Who should I turn to?

the best thing is to email your diagnostic generated in the License Manager (View > Diagnostic Info) to apprentice@sidefx
