I am the Admin of the German Mental Ray Forum ( www.germanmentalray.de ).
We are a platform for all Mental Ray users of the whole world.
In the last time many of our users told us that they want to learn Houdini.
As I know Houdini has a connection for mental ray, I dont know how fully developed this connection is. But I made a fly over here in your forum, and a saw that many Houdini users try to use mental ray.
So my request is. We want to find a adepted Houdini/mentalray user who can help us to give the houdinicommunity a centre for their questions of mental ray.
Why this step, I think it could be an win win situation for both of us to make this cooperation, because we have all the collected mentalray informations, and you could get a central mentalray platform for all of your questions and problems. And we could increase or pool of mentalray informations.

At the moment we are the most active mentalray community, and in the near future we will change our interface for our international friends that they can ask and reply in english.
