Hi all-

I'm doing some simple modeling, trying to understand Houdini and it seems like when I do simple things like revolve a curve or just add text it comes in reversed. I can make it correct by adding a reverse to it, but that doesn't seem to make sense to do it every time.

Am I doing something wrong? Could I have accidentally toggled something to make my geometry automatically reverse?

G.

Nothing unusual here. Polygon direction is dependent on the direction you've built your curve.
If you change the revolve direction to -1 in Y your polygons will be pointing in the right direction.
