I have bought Houdini Apprentice HD for my Mac Pro. My main problem is the following: the Houdini license administrator refuses my email address.
The “@” in my email address is not accepted by the license administrator. I typed it a lot of times but the “@” doesn't appear in your blank.

I have sent a full description of my troubles and a diagnostic informations file to SUPPORT@SIDEFX.COM.

I know that your email support is not for Apprentice HD users, but your step by step installation troubleshooting is not for Mac users and I can't view your Houdini installation FAQ. Im logged, but every time I click on Installation FAQ, I can see only this message: you are not authorized to view this resource.

In a few word… I need your help.
