Hi,
I'm beginner and I work through Buzz Basic Network
And I get seriusly counfused.
Okay,I ‘ll describe.
I go in SOP,Network editor and create grid in the middle of the screen; TAB-grid
Than,I get that move handle
I move grid to the right of screen
and I see a little x,y,z handles where grid was originaly created
and I create from grid another node-Transform
and now when I want to rotate, scale, translate,I get that handles not at the center of my grid bit where it was originaly created
It’s center is offseted from object-OR vice verse
it seems that center of object transform handles is detached from my object center from the moment of the sreation
So I need ro align thoise two again exactly
But how?
Best regards,
Ben

Hi,

When you move the grid initially, if you look in the parameters page you'll see that you've modified the grid's “center” field. Just reset those back to 0 0 0 and use the transform to move the grid.

Alternatively, you can leave the grids center as it is and type $CEX $CEY $CEZ in the transform sops pivot filelds to snap the center back to the center (centroid) of the Grid.

I prefer the first coz it keeps things generally tidy

cheers
