Wierd Display [SOLVED]

I had to reinstall Windows, so I went with Windows 7 64 bits. I also now have a 24" monitor

I installed the latest versions of Houdini 32 and 64 bits.

I attached a picture of the problem. The screen gets messed up.

While this is hot, I'll check to see if someone has a similar issue.

Hum… Could it be that Python thing?

And if so, what version, 2.6.5 or 3.1.1?

It's most certainly display driver related. Try installing drivers from the Nvidia site, or ATI site as opposed to what Windows gives you by default.

OMG, that was totally it! The most incredible is that Windows 7 didn't even restart. I wanted to see if it was capable of that, and it is!

I am now re-installing the 64 bits version (fingers crossed).
…and… it works.
