I am trying to copy acceleration/velocity attribute of a particle to the uniform/wind force attribute in DOPs. Any help on how I can achieve this?

thanks

I don't know if that is what you want.

I take it you want to take particles and have them blow the smoke about in a particular manner and not a constant force manner (which is what you get how you described it).

Field Force DOP.

See the attached example file.

I am trying to have rigidbodies be affected by the same forces as that of particles. So if I have a particle being affected by metball attached forces, then I want the rigidbodies to react to the same force. So the solution I came up with was to tie the velocity/accel of the particle to the wind velocity and have the wind affect the rigidbodies.
I am trying fieldforce but it doesnt seem to work so far. Any thoughts on this?
thanks,

Ok. If you have metaballs affecting particles, you can use those same metaballs passed in to a Magnet Force DOP to also affect the RBD objects.

Similar set up to the Field Force DOP where you pass in your RBD objects on the left and the right green input would be SOP Geometry DOP fetching your metaballs in.
