in SHOP, I can see a series PRman shaders. But there is no “Help files” that I can refernce for. Does anyone know where I can find some doc. or instructions that I can plug those PRman shaders with SHOP?

PRman does run on WinXP but you will have to obtain it from Pixar. Note that the Apprentice edition does not support PRman output.
