This may be just an issue of “User Error”.
How does one get multiple image sequences to load in mplay so that you can compare images side by side against each other?
What is the command line call for this?

Technically the docs say you can layout multiple view ports in various arrays but I can't seem to figure out how to load the individual sequences let alone display them at the same time. ops:

Any kind of guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Hi,

To get help for mplay, you do “mplay -”.

From the help text, the flag to use is ‘-g’
-g Group the command line images into separate
sequences, based on base name and extension.
Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Also, if you use File>Merge, you'll load the new image sequence as separate sequence to the one(s) already in MPlay. From there, just set the viewport layout to 2x1 or whatever viewport geometry you need (View>Layout).
