Suddenly, I cannot load or launch examples files. Nothing happens at all (from the built-in browser). Any ideas? What to try?

Reinstalled everything and examples now load. But launching does not work: “Exception: Cannot load example from a central help server.”

This is a default install with no such server enabled. Is it something to do with paths? I have changed the HOME path recently.

This is on Win XP.

I think there was an H11 build which had this bug, and then subsequently fixed.
