I just try the Queue Render,
I want to use the distribute solution with Queue,
but I get the auto resize issue, seen like the distribute doesn't support auto
resize…..
have any body know how to fix this problem??

Hey - i found the same problem - and it turns out resize isnt supported with hqueue distributed sim - hopefully soon - but i guess ti becuase the resize is defined by knowing the whole voluem rather than having just a slice.

i had to fix my volume dimensions - then send to farm -

but at least you can use the resize for early testing.

yeah I think so too.
But I test some scene, the auto resize still fast than farm… :cry:
hqueue will slow down by net speed, and send job .

but I think there maybe a solution for auto resize distribution.
the auto resize issue is base on when the distribute not yet get the
volume translate infomation, then it auto resize begin from frame 1.
so the domain is empty but auto resize still run.

If someone can share how to send the HQueue command for distribute,
it maybe we can detect the volume translate to domain then active the
auto resize, may be the issue will fix, right?
