Here I have two different coloured points, is there a way for me to simply group and then delete the white points or something along those lines. I'm trying to use only the red points to control my voronoi fracture.

you can start by using Blast SOP
set Group Type to: Points
and Group to: @Cd.y>0.5

you can as well play with 0.5 value threshold
