Classic Houdini Tumbling :)

A light-hearted thread.

I'm a recent adopter of the Classing Houdini Tumbling and I'm loving it. It took me a few secs to adapt to it, but I also use this kind of nav. in Zbrush so that might have some say in this.

Anyone around here that uses one of the other styles apart from the “80's Tmubling”? It seems that the 80's gave us not only bad music and fashion, but a limiting nav. mode as well :mrgreen:

p.s. for anyone that tried and got sick of it after a few secs, the “key” is to use circular mouse movements or U, intersect signs or even a full loop

im using it too. not sure actually which mode. i switch between them, depending on what i am working on. I like all of them

I used the Houdini tumbling. I still prefer Euler, but SESI's implementation isn't as comfortable as Maya, so…. well, I eventually gave up on not being able to rotate over something.
