Hello so I followed this tutorial http://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/character/biped [sidefx.com] and is now on the paint capture section. But I can't seem to find a way to change to weight paint mode. I selected the paint_capture node and clicked the handle tool as said but still the weight paint view doesn't come out. Can someone help me please?

Have you tried selecting the capture_paint node and then, with your mouse hovering over the 3d port (this bit is important, as Houdini is very sensitive when it comes to “you need to be where you need to be”), press “Enter”?
Does it switch to paint mode then?

Out of here. Being called a dick after having supported Houdini users for years is over my paygrade.

Good bye.

Hello, sorry I figured out what was wrong now.
I put in the whole fbx imported from blender as the object 1 in merge_scene_geo, which was causing the problem. when I changed it to one of the geometry files, the weight paint showed up correctly. Sorry about the trouble and thanks for your help
