when I lanuch HoudiniFx 16 ,the console tells me :“EnumAdapters error .Code:232”,I don't know how to fix the issue,could you help me? Thanks for any help!

sorry for that! last time I use houdiniFX 15,I think I update to 16 can fix the issue,but the issue is still.but in OS win8.1 or win10,it is ok everything, except win7,I was confused about that wheather something wrong with my OS win7 or my Houdini .
