How do I get the faces which in the screen shot are on the Y axis to align and merge using polybridge or fuse ?

Just guessing … If the boxes are copied they toke the orientation from the point normal or orientation, you can disable that behaviour so they stay aligned. Also, you can delete the faces in the main box before copying it on points. Then fuse the points. Or use a grid instead of the box and then a skin node, but it depends on what are you trying to achieve.

I want to loop over the total number of points as a result of a merge and re-sample then get the distance between the nearest point and what point is the nearest point.

In vops I'm getting the total number of points (ptnum) feeding that into a for_begin loop within the for_begin using distance vop. How do I get the distance between two points which are within the same object as the distance vop requires two vectors; without having to create an attribute for an array of points ?
