While we fracture alembic geo, some pieces don't get path attribute form mother geo. Is there any way to get path attribute to all pieces?

Well, you need to unpack your alembic geo for fracturing first. Convert it to polygons. During that step you can transfer the current path att (if there is any) to the generated geo. But you will probably want to create a new path attribute after you fracture or not?
Check the pack and unpack SOP and definitely the convert SOP.
