Hello–probably a dumb question here–

I'm trying to apply some surface constraints to a FEM soft body. Doesn't really matter which kind–I want part of FEM solid A to stick to part of static object B.

I can do this all day long with the FEM cloth/clothsolver, by creating groups of points in the sop and referencing them in the FEM surface/cloth attach constraint. That doesn't work with softbodies, though–the red lines show the connections, but upstream in the solver all I get is a red exclamation point and nothing moves.

How can I do some sort of similar constraint? (I have a tree I'm animating using FEM and I need to stick it to the ground so the gale force winds don't blow it away.)
