Hey there SideFX and fellow Houdini'ers,

I'm pretty frustrated now since I bought a new work rig to further dip into Houdini and other VFX tools, but now after building the rig and having installed everything Houdini keeps on crashing.

Problem

Houdini crashes after doing a few minor operations here and there. Minor as in so small as moving around in the viewport or rendering a sphere with standard material etc. Sometimes it runs for two minutes, sometimes just for a few seconds - I can't seem to get it running thoroughly no matter what.

Things Tried to Fix the Problem

1. Reinstalled Houdini
2. Reinstalled all Drivers
3. Tried out different versions of Houdini (16.5 to 17.0)
4. Deleted all Files regarding Houdini and reinstalled Houdini again
