Per point friction in vellum cloth works perfectly. Balloons (volumes with pressure constraints) don't appear to though, regardless of the static threshold or dynamic scale on the solver.

In the scene attached, the green on the cloth and the ground are areas with friction. The balloons have friction everywhere.

I think friction should work with balloons, I'm missing something though.
