Initial Velocity on Organic Tissue

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to add initial velocity to a FEM Hybrid Object (created through the Organic Tissue shelf option). There's no Initial State tab in the Parameters View for that node; I see some velocity options under the Deformation tab, but those don't seem to be having any effect on my geometry.

For further context, I'm completing a tutorial from Pluralsight titled “Introduction to Collisions in Houdini”, but the course uses Houdini 15, and I'm on Houdini 18 which seems to have undergone some fairly significant changes. While in the tutorial the Organic Tissue shelf option creates and Initial State tab that seems to work, that's not the case for me.

Thank you!

while I don't see your images, it should be just a matter of having a velocity v@v attribute on your source geometry
you can add one using Point Velocity SOP
