I'm trying to create a curve in the same fashion i would do with 3ds Max when if you press shift or ctrl, can't recall, your next point would be aligned to the horizontal or vertical of your previously created point, making it very easy to create curves with only 90 degrees angles, or 45 … depending on the snapping threshold of the curve creation tool. How do you go about doing just that with Houdini please? Cause so far pressing ctrl before creating the point seems like it snaps to 45/90 degrees vert /
horizontal but really when you clik to create the point it doesn't land anywhere perpendicular or rectangular in relation to the previous poiont. Quite annoying. Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
A.
Snap to vertical / horizontal when creating the points of a curve?
