Is this possible somehow, in the same way you pan the viewport using middle click & drag?

It would enhance my workflow a lot, not have to find the scrollbar with my stylus each time

Is there any way to do this, or scroll down the parameters without a mouse wheel?

Just curious - what do other people with a Wacom do? I have my pen buttons set to right and middle click, which seems essential. How do you scroll menus? Surely not by grabbing the scroll bar like I have been? :o

I don't suppose that you found a work around for this? I work with a tablet and the MMB drag would speed up my work flow a lot too, its so annoying to have to find the side bar every time I need to move down the parameters.
