Combining caches from different frame duration to save time?

When we build cache, we can specify the frame number.

Let's say I build cache from 1-150. I play it and it comes out to be fine.

Now I am satisfied with it and want to build cache from 1-300.

Now to do that, the cache has to be built from 1 again all the way upto 300. Is it possible that I can build cache from 151-300 and combine it with my existing cache from 1-150, resulting in a quicker output of 1 to 300 to save time?

You need to be more specific about your question as there are many assumptions to be made....
For geometry caches(not simmulations) the answer is yes. if your cache is "Example_$F.bgeo" it will not matter if you send cache it in 2 or 3 or how many batches you want.
For simulations you need to set up a check point files which is a bit more complex.

It is an animation in which there the noise offsets over a period of time. Sharing the file.

Yes in your case is a simple case of changing the frame range you are caching... changit from $FSTART to 150 or whatever you want.
$F in the file exporter means Frame so once you have all the cache on disk it will read all files from 1-300

I am not understanding. You have shared the same screenshot twice. What is the process exactly to combine two exports as one cache?

Is just one screen shot showing you were to change the start and end of your cache.....
Basically there you can tell the cache to start from 150 instead of $FSTART as you have it now....
You can make as many caches as you want and then read them through one as long as you are saving with the same name structure.
Check the example
