Alas actually the zip is corrupt Can't seem to extract using Windows or WinRAR.

I can confirm this.

  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of project_titan_train_destructionfx_scene_files.zip or
        project_titan_train_destructionfx_scene_files.zip.zip, and cannot find project_titan_train_destructionfx_scene_files.zip.ZIP, period.

Managed partial extraction with 7zip, got the fbx, hips, exports, but materials for the train are missing
