Diving back into UE5.3 + Hengine 20.0.547 after a time away. First thing I hit is:
Now, I'm just a simple country Houdini TD, but to me this looks like it can't find the HDA. Why this crashes HARs, that's a mystery for another time.
So, I investigate but clearly, the HDA exists on disk. I go to load it into Houdini (Core) to check and lo and behold, I done forgot to connect to the license server.
Ah, that fixes the issue in UE too! And yet, the error message is pretty clearly unrelated to licensing
I guess it's now "another time" since this also explains the mystery of the crashing HARs, and yet, no mention of licensing
