I Have 2 monitors different sizes and resolutions.
Houdini 9.0.727 64
The setup is like this:
Monitor 1) (left)22 inch set to 1600x1200 32bit.
Monitor 2) (right)19 inch set to 1280x1024 32bit and is my main monitor.
When I start Houdini it opens on monitor 2. My custom desktop opens a floating pane(scene view) on monitor 1.

Bug 1
I can not use a ladder to change values on the non-main monitor, monitor 1, even when the program is only using that monitor. The mouse literally moves to a similar location on monitor 2 and refuses to move until I release the button.

Bug 2
If I minimize the main window the floating window does not always close.

Bug 3
This only happens after bug 2. When I restore the main window it flies up off the screen and the only way to find it is to reposition monitor 1 and put it back where is was supposed to be.

Bug 4
Any floating tooltip for monitor 1 appears on monitor 2
