Ive noticed resampling a group of points on a curve does not work. I can see the group of points I created in the resample SOP group tab. When I add the group I get a zero value.Is this because the whole curve has to be resampled ? or is it bug.

I'd be surprised if a point group would be sufficient to trigger selective resampling. What it really needs is an edge group, which AFAIK doesn't exist for the standard ‘group’ parameters.

How about carving the curve in sections and resample the parts you need and then do a join to reattach the parts.
