What exactly do each these parameters represent and how are they calculated? I could not find detailed info about this in the docs or online.

I kind of get they are referring to weights, but I can't figure out how they're calculated.

I need this because I'm trying to figure out how to paint weights on wires.

regn contains the primitive number that the point is captured to
w is captured weight for primitive "regn"
w is closest u value on primitive "regn" to that point's position
w is closest v value on primitive "regn" to that point's position
