It took me about 3-4 hours to get this done. I haven't done any comp on it, straight out of Mantra.

Consider my janky looking geometry and motion, could not finish it but learned many new things thanks to Houly contest, worked on something without tuts for the first time. Never used forum before, sorry for any mistakes made by me during submission process.

All the geometry comes from houdini and was created from scratch (except the body , i used the Luis Kruel body scan).
The texture map comes from wikipedia and i think it's free,: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier:Nasa_land_ocean_ice_8192.jpg
rendered with mantra.

This is my entry for the Element: Earth theme. Boolean operations on Earth geometry. Point lattice and stars using instantiation. Space gas via volumes. Rendered with Redshift in Houdini and final image processed with Houdini's composition tools.
