H12.5 changed a lot.
I can't find source from volume in H12.5.
How could I solve the problem?

Populate Containers shelf tool still has the three source options.

Perhaps try moving or deleting your home houdini12.5 directory and try to launch Houdini again?
There's at least one school like the old school!

These three source tools work with:

Pyro containers
Smoke containers
Liquid containers
FLIP containers
There's at least one school like the old school!
