Learn how to create and texture a production ready asset in Houdini using a procedural workflow built around the latest Houdini 22 tools. Start by modeling the asset, preparing low and high resolution versions, and setting up the geometry for clean baking and texturing.

You’ll also explore the Copernicus Baker and the new Pre Process Baker to transfer high resolution detail into useful texture maps, then use those maps to drive a layered procedural material in Copernicus. This workflow gives artists a flexible way to move from modeling to baking and final texturing while keeping the entire process easy to refine and reuse.
