Hi everyone.

I'm trying to do something like sandman from “rise of the guardians”, i have al ready made something like the follow path of the sand and the build objects, but my brain is burning out and cant figured out how to make the objects vanish after they hit something.

To make the objects like sand appear and desappear am using an object to object blending, with scatter, so the points stick to the goal object. I'm trying to unstick it and make it look like they just vanish after they hit something or in an specific frame.

Hope you guys can understand what am trying to do, if you want i can upload some example file.

Thanks

I´m trying to use the Houdini Engine for maya, i can export everything but the particles don´t spin, or is it maya that don´t read that attribute. Can´t make it work.

If you wanna use Point's blending method for your project , It's not good idea to scatter some points on different objects and blend these points.

I made another method for you with some notes about how it working
