I was following an older tutorial on how to scatter objects across a curve and calculating normals using a depreciated SOP(Point old).
I attached a screenshot of the setup.
I was wondering if someone could point out a newer method of doing the same thing since it was pretty much a learning exercise and there might be an elegant way of doing it.
The sort in this case moves the point order by one to then do a vector subtraction to get the normal to point along the path.
