Hi, I've been looking into converting our UE4 landscape into mesh, being new to Houdini this has been a very exciting journey (I might have some more questions later)

However I have noticed that the terrain chunks crated using the Game Terrain Tools have holes if adaptive density is checked, this all works fine in Houdini 16.5 but not in Houdini 17, see bellow.

I wonder if this is something on my side or on the Game Tools side?

Thanks!

Hi,

That is supposed to work with the settings you're using.
I will look into this issue.

Thanks for looking into it.

I just realized that I posted this in the wrong forum, after looking at different Houdini Engine issues for a while. This should probably go to Houdini for Realtime [www.sidefx.com] and there seems to already be an existing thread [www.sidefx.com], sorry about that.

Hi,

I was able to reproduce the issue and have submitted a fix.
It will be fixed in build 1.84 and newer.

That's fantastic, thanks! I can confirm it's working with Game Tools 1.84
