Capturing one specific geometry?

Hello;

Q: Is there any way to capture the red geometry by bone1 ONLY and the white geometry by the other bone (bone2)? (Please download the hip file).

1 ) use Edit Capture Regions to encompase all the geometry
2 ) make groups of the geometry you want to capture
3 ) use those groups in seperate capture SOPs

oh BTW if the geometry isn't deforming - like a mechanical ball joint or something then don't bother capturing at all… just make seperate objects and parent them to the bones….much faster

Or if you could use CaptureProximity SOPs in exactly the same way if you don't want to tweak capture regions. For that, you can just give it a really large dropoff.
