There are ready-made materials: renderman.pixar.com/material-pack-01 [renderman.pixar.com]
in Maya are added with a line: RMAN_ASSET_LIBRARY = /My/Folder/Example/RenderManAssetLibrary
How to add to Houdini? If anyone knows, write in more detail.

These files are specific to Maya, so can't be used directly in Houdini. You could ask on RenderMan forums if there is an equivalent in their RfH bridge product, but I don't think so.

Hurrah! Found a solution. Materials are copied to the folder C:\Program Files\Pixar\RenderManProServer-23.0\lib\RenderManAssetLibrary. And in Houdini open RenderMan Preset Browser.
To avoid errors, you may need to create a folder called RenderManAssetLibrary with the file library.json, in the working folder.

Two materials in the RenderManAssetLibrary lost the connection of files, the picture shows which files to select, and then click the Reload Source File button.
The only question is, how to update the material to the correct one in the RenderManAssetLibrary folder?

I found a solution!
Problem seems to be the folder is organized:
>Material_Library_01
> RenderManAssetLibrary
>Materials (with rma folders)
>library.json (it should contain code like screen shot)

Then inside Houdini add library
