The obvious answer is: when it will be ready. I don't think that spamming the forums will accelerate the development.

I think it has been discussed previously. It is not for now.
I should believe that the main launch will be for Siggraph, with some Beta available before ( around June ). This is based on what happened in the past with DOPs.
