HI all,
How do I keep activation in POPs enabled no matter if the value is set back to zero? I am looking for something similar to area CHOP or an accumulate solution (maybe in voppops) My problem in vops is that I'm not able to compare values with the previous frames. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Store the attribute values in a new attribute. So to check the previous frames velocities you simply store v in a new attribute.
To do a area lookup for a value you create an “area” attribute and then add the current value to it on every frame. Most chops can be emulated this way, for the other stuff, I usually post process the simulation data, sometimes even in CHOPs.

You can sustain a value with chops, like described here -> http://forums.odforce.net/index.php?/topic/10797-keep-attribute-value/page__p__69537&#entry69537 [forums.odforce.net]
But would be nice to know another way to do it, maybe with VOPS.
