Is this a bug or expected behaviour?

When I lay down a mantra output node, and go to select a resolution preset, first time it works, than it becomes impossible to select it, unclickable.. and after a while houdini crashes.
It didn't happened before. So, should I submit a bug or not?

I did a search but couldn't find an answer…
When I hit ‘ to enter “pivot state” and change the position of the pivot is it possible to make that change permanent? So when I re-select an object I don’t have to re-position pivot again.

I create several objects, 3 tubes, plane, a light, a camera, and new mantra node, try to render, and before mantra window is up, houdini crashes. Treid several times, and still the same.
Sys: os x 10.5.8, nvidia 8600gt, 4gm ram
Hodini build 10.0.494
I have no problems with production build, 10.0.456.
It works like charm.

little experience from my point of view.
I am far from experienced houdini user. I am learning it slowly since I have to work other things, but… regarding this mantra discussion.
I had to render an ice cube. With nice displacement… and in maya it was pain in the ass, in houdini it was a matter of few clicks with an ice shader… and it looked good.
So, mantra can be simple… and good in that simplicity.
In my case, I find mantra easier to understand than modo's render for eg.
But that's just me…

I need to render something out in 300dpi, so I wanted to ask is there an option in mantra to change output dpi, or I have to do it manually?

When I enable Override camera resolution in Mantra render node it's not possible to select any of given presets.
However it's possible to enter it by hand… so it's not a big bug

ok. I manage to make it a little bit better with facet sop… but still not nice enough..

me again
when I render this fractured model it looks like normals on pieces are mess… and I get ugly black shadows close to the edges.. I guess it's because of normals and not so nice topology.
Is there a way to fix that in houdini?
