I've fixed your HIP file.
These condof and condir attributes have different meanings on rotation and position constraints. Because of this you need to separate these two attributes and pass them to your constraint in DOP context.

You should disable your source for example by switching to a null in order to stop emitting vellume geometry.
See attached HIP file.
cheers!

Hey guys!
Does anyone know where is implementation (source code) for SOP VDB Activate?
Unfortunately, it's not available at SideFX repository!
SideFX OpenVDB Repository [github.com]
Thanks in advance!

Greeting everyone!
As far as I know Houdini uses backward tracing for advection fields in volumes means that Houdini samples fields in reverse direction of velocity vector for every voxel.
My question is can we have forward tracing advection in volumes too?
Thanks in advance!

Hello guys!
Is there a way to speed up SOP Solver in Houdini?
Please see attached HIP file if I turn on Compute Results in Place execution time really improved but the problem is that we can't use this option in some situations…
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Technical Discussion » How to get one component of array point attribute in neighbour points in VEX?

Hello guys!
This is my problem and I can't fine any solution for this so far.
I want to read only one component of neighbour array point attribute in VEX is this possible?
Right now I should do this:
However on lots of points this can be really slow because VEX reads the hole array and then gets the index 3 for instance!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello.
Please turn on Collision check box in FLIP Object DOP and see what happens.
FLIP particles generate its own collision field when they should interact with other objects like RBDs.

Hello mate.
try something like:
Indeed you should read a vector attribute P and then assign it to a vector variable.
VCC can't understand what you want from it!
If you want to use x position on the fly, following form can be used:
Hope this helps.
try something like:
vector b = point(0, 'P', 0); printf("x pos is: %d", b.x);
