I used a picture as the icon of my otl, how to save it into the otl, so when I distribute it to the others, they can see the icon?

Hi ,

In the otl parameter interface you need to add the image via the extra files tab. a .png file either 64x64 or 48x48 will do.

Then use the following in your otl : -
Basics tab > icon parameter use something like the following opdefSop/your_otl_name?yourimage.png

If you click on the icon to the far right of the “Icon” field in the type properties, it let's you select a .png file (and maybe .svg?). Hit accept. You won't see the icon updated in all places until you restart Houdini. For a quick look, you can create a new node of the HDA and the icon should show up.
