Access to changelog limited to ALPHA - why?

May I ask the SFX devs why they limited the access to the changelog?

It used to be the fastest way to find out whether one should download a new build.

Restore the access, please!

There's always a little hiccup when build states tweak between alpha/beta/release. I'm sure they're on it.
