Particle not been orienting by "v" on houdini11

In Houdini 10 if I emitted some particles with some velocity the same were oriented by the direction of the velocity, in Houdini 11 at least there for me it isn't anymore, I could see enabling the particle origin in the display options, now it always oriented with the world axis, Is that a bug or something changed?

It happens on any simulation even with the Houdini's help files.

I am using Houdini 11 build 469.

It works if I change the particles display to lines.

Thanks for the reply

I'll look in to it but here it's not working as in h10, if turn on particle origin it doesn't orient the axis to the direction of the particle like I said.

But it's good to know that normally it's working fine.

If anyone know what it could be the reason for that a tip would be nice.

I am still having problems with the particle origin display option.

Tried in 2 different machines and the problem is the same.

Still there as of 542. But the “good” news is that it's only the viewport gnomon that's behaving this way tho. Your actual geometry isn't affected, otherwise, it'd be a very serious problem.

Yes, it is just a annoying issue, but until you know it´s a Viewport issue it can confuse you a lot.
