capture geometry

Hi

I have just used Auto rig and considered that it's not the best why to do this.

Anyway, when i have capture right bone to right obj as you can se at the image. but i wonder if it's some way to smooth faces between 2 bones more, like when i used deform rig in auto rig. so it's not so spiky at the knee, elbow and so on.

you can paint the capture weights…and adding a bit more geometry will help

yeah i know it's a bit low poly but it's just a test.

how does the capture weights work? i could just move around som red crystals.
when i used the auto rig i used paint capture layer, what the differense between capture weight and paint capture layer?

here one thing i don't understand to. at all my capture geometry SOP i have choosen different weight color but everything still have same color.

turn on Visualize Attribute…


oh, sorry paint capture layer and capture weights = same thing :\
