When your mouse pointer is over a SOP and you click the middle mouse button, a panel shows up with various statistics.

What is the name of the panel/dialog?

Is there another way to trigger that without using the middle mouse button?

you can do
opinfo -v node

Also RMB -> “Extended Information…” displays essentially the same info just organized in a tree-like fashion.
